Where is Gloss Estate?
Gloss Estate has three phases in Obafemi Owode LGA, Ogun State: Phase 1 at Lufuwape along Ibafo, and Phases 2 and 3 at Igbeyin and Jaguna on the Interchange – Papa road.
Do you offer installment payment?
Yes. Every phase can be bought outright or on a 12-month installment plan: pay the deposit, then spread the balance monthly. Your customer portal shows what you have paid and what is due next.
How can I book an inspection?
Use the Site Inspection page, choose the estate, date and time, and a marketer will confirm with you. Inspections are free.
