The steps
- Inspect the estate with one of our marketers.
- Choose your phase and plot, then submit your application online.
- Pay the deposit by bank transfer and upload the receipt.
- Pay the balance in 12 monthly instalments.
Tracking your payments
Your customer portal shows the total price, what you have paid, your outstanding balance and your next due date. We confirm every payment and issue a receipt.
Outright buyers pay a lower total price. Compare both options on each phase page, or use the payment calculator on our Investment page.
